Step 1: Examination and assessment of oral health
The doctor will conduct a general examination to determine the condition of the enamel, sensitivity, and level of staining. If cavities, gingivitis or sensitivity are detected, the doctor will prescribe treatment before bleaching.
Step 2: Teeth cleaning before whitening
Whitening is most effective when the teeth have been cleaned of plaque and tartar and the enamel surface has been polished. A deep cleaning can be performed if necessary.
Step 3: Apply dental gingival barrier protection gel

AFTER TEETH WHITENING
- Avoid eating and drinking naturally dark-colored food (coffee, tea, soft drinks, wine, turmeric…) for at least 24-48 hours after whitening.
- Limit smoking to maintain white teeth longer.
- Do not eat foods that are too hot, too cold, or too hard for the first 1-2 days if your teeth are still sensitive.
- Practice regular oral hygiene: brush your teeth twice a day, floss and rinse your mouth properly.
